按照前面的约定这一集该谈金融和经济安全问题了，那么我们先从金融与经济安全的重要性谈起，金融安全是一个国家发展的持久源动力，没有金融安全就没有一切，难怪宋鸿兵专门出一本书，谈金融高边疆，也是有很多道理的，而经济安全当然也包括金融安全，经济安全范围更广，从经济机构的优化，到科技发展的支撑，无一不是说经济安全的厚度，我们当今要做的就是为我们的子孙打下金融和经济安全的厚度基础。

先谈金融安全的厚度，人民币国际化是必须的，特里芬难题也是我们再走向国际化进程中不可避免的，现在中国发展是经济扩张，所以必须有一定份额的贸易顺差，因为经济扩张需要我们投资很多币种，所以要有顺差，这是我们经济发展这一阶段的特征体现，说明中国经济和金融发展没出现大的问题，总之就是，先从贸易货币做起，然后再做投资货币，再到储备货币，到安全的国际化，一步一步来吧，每一阶段有每一阶段的任务。

再谈经济安全厚度，经济结构的优化，这是目前中国经济要做的事情，先前由于我们低端产业过多，现在要改的就是低端高端并举的思路，中国这个13亿人口的大国，不能走美国那样的经济产业政策模式，中国必须低端高端并举，并适当结合中国周边优化，这样才能解决中国的大面积就业问题，而解决了就业问题也就解决了贫困问题，总之经济结构的优化是一个大课题，三两句话说不完的，谁解决了经济结构优化问题，也就能说，中国经济安全具有相当的厚度基础了。

最后要说的是中国经济的安全厚度，还必须依靠科技发展支撑，从高端科技发展的三个方向需找新的科技发展动力，就是向外太空，向深海，向微观纳米技术突破，寻找到新的未来经济发展的方向，这是我们必须要占领的高端市场，当然低端价格优势，我们必须要保持，也是中国产品有竞争力的根本，这也是中国经济的厚度和优势。

总之，我们要保证中国经济发展和金融安全具有厚度，才能使中国的大国根基越来越扎实。
