2010年，美军的专家们提出了混合战争的理论，就是说，美军有可能面临正规战争和不正规战争的威胁，正规战争就是南联盟、伊拉克、阿富汗的战争模式，不正规战争就是全球的防恐，打击海盗，以及类似遭受911和网络战、黑客战等的威胁，还有国内的国家安全，等，美国人把这些要素，给一个定义，就是混合战争，看来随着中国的崛起，以及担负的国家责任，我们也要面临这些混合战争的威胁，这里老军001专门给列出一个章节，谈不正规战争，就是来自于基于混合战争的理念。

第四要论证的就是，海外中国利益遭受被算计事件，譬如波兰中国商人库房被烧事件等类似的防范；没有别的办法，还是合作，与当地警方合作，加强安保，出了事了，要正当手段索赔等等。

第五要论证的就是，一些黑恶势力对老百姓的侵害事件；譬如类似的重庆打黑事件，中国要构建起黑恶势力的人防体系，发现有苗头的，立刻铲除，不让其对国家和人民造成侵害。
