中国未来的敌人是谁06(之六)？

老军001的是读军事专业书起家的，知道当今的大杀器是核生化武器，核武器以爆炸威力和核辐射威力而著称，化学武器以毒剂著称，而生物武器以人群中传染致命病毒著称，这三件都是大杀器，今天老军001就列一个专集，谈谈容易引起人间传播的生物病毒，这也是中国未来有可能面对的敌人。

第一谈，近几年的生物病毒扩散灾难事件，禽流感病毒，非典病毒，几年前我们中国人打的生物战争现在回想起来，还历历在目，老军001在北京就经历了几年前的非典病毒，当时那叫恐怖呀，出租车几乎天天消毒，个个佩戴口罩，单位还给职工配备了班车，为的就是避免人群的过多接触，老军001就是那时购买的私人汽车，不为别的就是为了全家人的平安，万幸的是北京人团结一心克服了非典病毒，战胜了这个属于中华民族的一个灾难。谁会料到我们将来不会再出现什么什么的病毒传播呢？这都是说不准的事情，老军001接下来就谈谈预防的问题。

第二谈，国际恐怖组织有可能渗透到核生化武器的研究领域，尤其是生物病毒，极易掌握，从一些有异端思想的生物学专家手中购买一些极易在人群中传播的病毒是很容易的事情，这样的恐怖手段比人体炸弹更具威胁，谁能保证我国的禽流感病毒和非典病毒不是来自于有恐怖倾向人的散布呢，这都是我们值得预警和警惕的一个关键点。所以构建卫生人防工程也是必须的，国家每到一定时期搞一个病毒危害人类健康知识的科普教育也是必须要做的，就好像我们演练防空袭一样，必要的时候也要演练一下如何防病毒传播，不为别的为的就是大家的安全。

第三谈，如何防范这些非人道的生物病毒侵害，当然还有自然产生的病毒，除了建立人防工程，还有一点就是加大生物战剂和各种反病毒的研制，增加生物病毒工程的研究投资，把世界上各种各样极易在人群中传播的病毒源抗体都研究透彻，同时还研究变异病毒，我们也要占有生物病毒研制的制高点，不为侵犯别人，也是为了更好的打好病毒防御战，让中国不再出现禽流感和非典那样的大面积散布病毒灾难的再次发生，搞好生物病毒研制的技术本领才是最重要的。世界上已经有一些发达国家专门到非洲传播的人体病毒中提取源抗体，就是为了研究生物病毒，占领生物病毒领域制高点，当然也不忘他们统治世界的野心。

Nuclear weapons are famous for their explosion and nuclear radiation. Chemical weapons are well-known for their toxicant. Biological weapons are remarkable for deadly virus spread. Several years ago, I was in Beijing and experienced the SARS disaster. That was really very terrible. Taxies got sterilized every day, people went out with masks, companies equipped with bus for their employees in order to avoid too much contacts with other people. I bought my private car at that time too for my family's safety. Fortunately, Beijingers united to fight the H1N1 flu virus and overcome the catastrophe of Chinese nation. But who can make sure there won’t be any virus disasters in future. That is unknown. Then, let's look at the next topic: prevention.

　　Secondly, international terrorist organizations may have approached the nuclear, chemical and biological weapons, especially the biological weapons. Biological weapons could get easily. It is very easy for biological experts with heresies purchase easy spread viruses, which are more threatening than body bombs. Who can ensure the bird flu and H1N1 flu viruses were not be spread by terrorists. We must be vigilant and careful. It is necessary to build virus protection programs and carry out science education about how viruses affect human health regularly. Like we need to do air defense exercises, we need to do anti-virus exercises if the occasion should arise in the sake of human's safety.

　　Thirdly, what should we do to protect us from these inhuman viruses and natural viruses? Besides establishing virus protection programs, we need to strengthen the development of biological agents and various anti-viruses and invest more in biological virus research so as to study thoroughly about all antibodies to all kinds of easy spread viruses and research new variations of viruses. We should seize the commanding heights of virus development, not for invading other countries, but fighting the virus protection battle so as to avoid next big virus disasters. It is important to make a good research on virus development. some developed countries has been to Africa to extract antibodies from people infected viruses there in order to do biological virus research, seize the commanding heights of biological viruses field and dominate the world eventually.
