               中国未来的敌人是谁10（之十）?

按照前面的约定这个集该谈伦理和信仰问题了，大家都知道，中国年轻人之中最缺乏就是伦理和信仰问题，主要在于我党的宣传和教育不够，我党前辈领导人也曾提过以德治国的问题，但是只是风声大，雨点小，起的作用不够，这里老军001给点建议，现代年轻人不是喜欢西方文化，其实西方伦理和哲学文化中我们还有借鉴的地方，这个问题，老军001要深入的谈谈。

第一；中国的马列哲学作为我党的执政党理论也来自于西方哲学，其实现在的西方哲学不光是民主和自由，你想呀，如果人家国家的国民都民主自由了，还叫什么社会和政党团体，不是一片散沙才怪！现代西方哲学还有很多都是值得我们借鉴和学习的，例如实证主义哲学，功利主义哲学伦理，社会契约论伦理，就不是讲的民主和自由，这才是我们要学习人家的真东西，真理论。

      第二；西方的功利主义伦理的大师以边沁为鼻祖，讲的是人的发展追求是幸福指数，我们现在的失业保险，养老保险，医疗保险，以及住房公积金，不都是让老百姓获得最大的幸福指数吗？看来我党自觉不自觉中就继承了人家的道德伦理，这是人家先进性的东西我们当然要学习，还有值得我们学习的是社会契约论，人家也是讲的基于人人在平等基础之上的社会约定，就是大家生活在一个社会下，必须共同遵守的伦理原则，人都是有约束的，这个约束除了法律之外，最起码的还有一条就是社会伦理，而西方的社会契约论就讲的是这些。

第三，中国人的新的伦理道德从哪里来，也就是中国百姓新的幸福观从哪里来，老军001认为，可结合功利主义伦理，社会契约论，和笔者在《中国如何勤俭持家当老大》之中讲的国家利益至上原则理论体系的构建上考虑，老军001的意思是说，既然大家都遵守社会契约这个约定，拿我们就共同在国家利益上吧。这样老军001的本专题连载也就与上一个专题连载统一了，就是都统一到一起了。

总之，有了这个新的幸福观，加大宣传、贯讲和教育，待新的幸福观理论在民间形成之时，就是国家振兴的软实力增强的时候，中国也就消灭了伦理和信仰缺失这个难题。
