双语：英国首相卡梅伦承诺修补“破碎”社会

David Cameron is promising a "social fightback" in response to the rioting and looting in England last week。
戴维·卡梅伦承诺为防止上周发生在英国的骚乱重演，将展开“社会反击战”，重整社会秩序。
The prime minister says he's determined to take on long-standingsocial problems. The prime minister will say the riots are the resultsof social problems which have "festered for decades and which have nowexploded in our face."
卡梅伦表示他决心解决积存已久的社会问题。他认为此次骚乱是由积累数十年的社会问题最终爆发引起的。
He'll add that in parts of the country there has been a slow motionmoral collapse and he'll blame the state and its agencies for sometimesencouraging the worst aspects of human nature。
卡梅伦还表示在英国部分地区存在着道德沦丧。他还谴责英国某些机构对人性之恶的纵容。
Mr Cameron will point to the riots as a reason to renew hiscampaign to fix what he's referred to before as "Britain's brokensociety" so there is to be a review of a whole range of policy areas,including schools, parenting and welfare in order to find solutions。
卡梅伦将此次骚乱作为继续他之前进行的修复“破损社会”的契机。因此将对包括学校、家庭教育和福利等范围内的一系列政策进行一次检讨，以找到解决问题的方案。
The Labour leader, however, will warn against what he says areknee-jerk gimmicks which haven't been properly thought through. He'llaccuse the prime minister of taking a simplistic view of the riots, byseeing them as a problem of culture alone without considering the impactof lack of opportunity and deprivation。
工党领导人却警告说，卡梅伦的表态只是未经深思熟虑、膝跳反应般的骗人把戏。他谴责首相将骚乱简单的归因为文化问题而不考虑机会的缺少和剥削对英国社会造成的影响。
