　　1、以乳头为中心点往外360度放射，半径约3-5公分（视乳房大小而不一）

　　2、双手虎口打开，张开约8-10公分的间距，贴在乳房上，以乳头为拿捏的中心点，左右手五指同时出力，指力深入乳房组织5-6公分深，指力下沉后掐住不动约8秒以后，双手五指同时慢慢松开。

　　双手松开后，乳房要感觉到有一股热气往下流窜，甚至有发育成长时的涨痛感，此时手法才正确。

　　3、由上往下按压：从锁骨以下，横对胳肢窝开始，由上往下、依序按压，一直到乳房底端的乳根穴为上，一个部位做8下。

　　4、由外向内横压：按压手法同上，按压位置从任脉胸骨开始，到乳房外侧，由外向内依序按压。

　　5、推压：食指、中指、无名指三指并拢，以乳头为中心点，左右手三点呈对角一直线，然后双手同时出力，指腹力道深入乳房组织5-6公分深，指力下沉后停留约5-6秒以后，双手指力同时慢慢松开。由上往下、由内而外，依序按压，一个部位做8下。

　　6、推压手法同上。

　　7、单穴推压：单指为子手、双指为母手。双指在下面力道稍微为上施力，单指指腹垂直施力，指腹力道深入乳房组织5-6公分深，指力下沉后停留约5-6秒以后，双手指力同时慢慢松开。

　　8、单穴推压手法同上，单穴推压部位以乳头为中心点往外360度。
