我们中的任何一个人，都无法用言语填补39位罹难者亲人们受到的创伤。
我们不仅哀悼这39条逝去的生命，我们同样也要纪念这39条曾活在世间的生命。这些人，这些丈夫、妻子、父亲、母亲、祖父、祖母、弟兄、姐妹、儿子、女儿，他们中的有些人在7月23日北京南站坐上D301，有些人在杭州坐上D3115，开始了永远没有终点的火车之旅。那天他们都没有回家。
他们挥手告别月台上的亲友，望着窗外的景物悄悄流逝，静坐着去到远方的福州。窗外站台的站名一直在变：宁波东，台州，温岭。时间过了20点，下一站是温州。雷电交加，大雨如注，他们静静坐在宽敞崭新的动车里，这是一次普通的旅程，所有的人都对此不以为然。
然而，灾难突然就降临了。灾难发生的几分钟，几小时，几日之后，留言和评论涌现在网络。IP地址来自全国各地，人们通常都是同一开头：“为什么会这样?”在这些留言里，人们提出一个很小的要求：不要让这样的事再发生，不要让这事情再发生，不要让这事情再发生。
我们不能让39条逝去的生命回来。他们此刻在天堂，天堂纪念网为他们的灵魂安了一个永恒的家，那里没有忧伤，没有车祸，一切都如此地美好。我们都是一家人，我们必须彼此依靠，守望彼此，爱护彼此，为彼此祈福祈祷。
我们不会让他们感到寂寞孤单，我们永远守候着他们，让他们觉得一直在我们身边，从未走远......
