　　这里要注意的是“使得”4百万人没有饮用水，英语中用的是...leave....这个词，一定要记住leave的这个用法，前面是一个事情（原因），leave,后面是一个状况（结果），这个leave与lead to的很像，我想leave后面跟的更多的是一种平静的状态。

　　一连串的事情：a string of sth.，这个string还挺形象，以前还见过a spate of sth.(不好的事情)
