　　陈醋泡花生：降血脂的“天仙配”

　　生活实例：尚卓华是北方人，在他家的饭桌上，常可看到老醋泡花生这道菜，倒不是因为这道菜的口感有多好，而是因为老醋泡花生已成为他确保健康的一种习惯。

　　尚卓华在2005年，查出患有高血脂。除用药外，医生叮嘱饮食要格外控制。老家的亲戚告诉他，在当地，患了高血脂后，大家都要吃老醋泡花生，称可降血脂。于是尚卓华的老婆在几年前开始，在家里做菜时，都要加上老醋泡花生这道菜。几年坚持下来，尚卓华的血脂一直保持在正常水平，没再冲过“危险线”。

　　专家点评：医学研究表明，只要每天喝20毫升食醋，胆固醇平均会下降9%，中性脂肪减少11%，血黏稠度也会有所下降；花生含脂肪为40%～50%，是大豆的2倍，比油菜子还高，蛋白质含量为30%，相当于小麦的2倍多，被称为“长生果”。两者配合在一起，对健康有益。
