glm 和anova 过程的区别:glm支持对称和不对称的数据,但anova只支持对称数据。

glm的原理是:最小二乘法;

glm和nlin过程的区别:nlin过程的原理是迭代法,用于非线性回归。例如:model y=a*x+b*x*x;

parms a=-.1 b=.5;run;

glm和reg过程的区别:glm对离散和连续数据均可,但reg只能处理目标值连续数据。

glm和logistic过程的区别:logistic 是处理离散目标值的过程。

 

多因素方差分析:研究两方面:第一各因素不同水平的差异。第二是各因素间的交互性存在否,如果存在,则交互因素不独立。

区分开:

anova方差分析:model x=a b; 其中a b均为分组变量;即等号后全是分组变量的使用anova方差分析

glm协方差分析:model x=a y;其中a 是分组变量,y是非分组变量(即是协变量)

 

若A B C 代表分类变量,用 X1 X2 X3 代表三个连续变量。

回归模型: model Y=X1      简单回归

          MODEL Y=X1 X1*X2 多项式回归

         MODEL Y1 Y2=X1 X3 多变量回归

方差分析模型:

         MODEL Y=A     单因子分析
