网店征税
武汉一家淘宝网店“我的百分之一”被武汉市税务部门追缴430多万元税款——这是目前披露的国内首例对个人网店征税。这家网店信用级别达到3个金皇冠，按淘宝的规定这意味着累计有200万笔以上交易。武汉市国税局第二稽查局称，该店2010年销售额1.05亿元。按照核实的不含税销售收入，国税部门认定该纳税人去年应缴纳增值税316.3万元，企业所得税105.95万元及滞纳金等，共计430.79万元，目前税款已按国家规定补缴到位。同时，武汉其他4家金冠级网店，也被税务部门约谈。
