Grand gathering to be held marking CPC's 90th birthday
A grand gathering marking the 90th anniversary of the Communist Party of China (CPC) will be held at the Great Hall of the People in downtown Beijing Friday morning.
Hu Jintao, general secretary of the CPC Central Committee, is expected to deliver a keynote speech at the rally.
Outstanding CPC grassroots units, members and Party workers will be commended at the gathering.
