Photo, taken on May 3, shows a boat floating on the Huangpu River amid a cloud of dust and sand. Affected by the dust and sand weather from China's northern regions, the air quality in Shanghai is still not good. According to Environment Monitoring Center of Shanghai, the city’s air was defined as heavy pollution on that day, and it was the second successive day that Shanghai has experienced these conditions.
