第二我们的党是一个包含各种组织机构的大党，其管理、组织和运营应该符合系统论的思想，根据系统论，系统是具有稳定性的，这就说明我们的党组织要时刻保持一些关键岗位的稳定性，就是符合现在信息化社会的关键节点国家和党要把持着，同时为了避免关键岗位人出现腐败等差错，关键岗位上要设置一岗多人制，且这个多人要来自不同的背景和利益集团，写到这里那么有人说了，如何保证这样的一岗多人制齐心协力呢，这就需要管理组织学的知识了，一般一个系统组织有宏观管理决策机制，动力机制和信息机制和约束监督机制，老军001要说的是，保证一岗多人制的多人受控于宏观管理决策机制上的那些人就行了。这样就能够保证总体纲领上的一致性，就是在关键道路的执行力上是一致的就行了。
