Getting fort in the frame

(Shanghai Daily)

08:51, August 11, 2011

Two tourists take a self-portrait in Anliangbao fort in Datian County of southeastern China's Fujian Province. With a total area of about 1,500 square meters, the fort was a defensive stronghold built on a mountain slope in 1806, during the Qing Dynasty (1644-1911). Windows for shooting at invaders were built on all four sides of the structure to ensure all-around defense.
