　　Google公司在俄罗斯的办公室分别位于莫斯科和圣彼得堡，由瑞士建筑事务所Camenzind Evolution设计。就像莫斯科与圣彼得堡这两座充满东欧异域情调的城市一样，Google俄罗斯办公室也是同样的充满活力与异国风情，令人印象深刻。

　　Google于2006年在卡耐基梅隆建立了办公室，5年来这里的员工已经由最初的双人组合发展壮大到了150人的团队。为了进一步扩张，Google决定搬入有着100年历史的纳贝斯克饼干厂大楼。为了让办公环境更加的Google化，他们聘请了当地的建筑公司Strada对创造出更亲密的空间，下面让我们来仔细看看。

　　Google 于2004 年进入瑞士，当初只有5 名员工， 经过3 年迅速发展，苏黎世原有的办公地点已不能满足Google 的需要，于是在2007 年1 月Google 重新选址，准备建造一个美国之外的新总部。

　　新的办公楼位于苏黎世的 Hrlimann-Areal，距市中心仅咫尺之遥，这幢7 层高的现代化大楼最初是当地的一家啤酒厂，后被改建成商场、酒店和办公结合的综合性商务楼。如今的七层全部被Google 租下，预计建成后办公面积达1.2 万平方米，至少可以容纳1600 人。

　　“会议结束之后去滑滑梯还是打桌球？”这种奇怪的对话，应该是“下班之后去滑滑梯还是打桌球”才对吧——虽然滑滑梯听起来还是很不可解。不过对于在Google 苏黎世办公室上班的人来讲，这种对话可以发生在上午11 点，也可以发生在下午2 点。很多IT 人士都把Google 当作理想的工作单位，原因之一便是其独特的办公室文化。

　　这里有极具震撼的休闲空间：不但有水族箱、沐浴室、减压舱和按摩间，还有从瑞士雪山上“移植”下来的缆车，甚至连楼梯都不走寻常路，可以直接从仿造消防队的滑杆上神兵一般降临，也可以坐上儿时玩的滑梯轻松抵达下一层。南极北极，非洲亚洲的各种风格，都参差地穿插其中，不同区域用不同颜色和主题的地毯来作区隔，却也并不显得零乱。程序写得累了可以去复古的图书馆里泡一泡，眼睛需要休息时可以躲进帐篷里舒舒服服睡一觉，肚子饿的时候去自助餐厅享用免费的美食，想活动筋骨的话就约同事在跳舞毯挥汗10 分钟，需要小组开动脑会时，则还可以把“豆包椅”滚到一起，窝在里面畅所欲言。Google 的办公环境甚至让人觉得有点放肆。

　　而在私人办公区域，设计就显得“收敛”很多，这个属于员工自己的格子间是完全交给Zoogler 们去自由装饰（据说每个人还发了点“装修费”）。办公室分为封闭式和半开放式，沿着中央走道排开。封闭式空间可容纳4-6 人，用半透明的玻璃墙包围，既很好采光又保证了私密性。半开放式为6-10 人一间，从供人随时躺下的懒人椅到各式各样的抱枕都体现了舒适第一的概念。为了和世界各地的Google 总部保持密切的联系，具备发达的视听系统的会议室是不可缺少的，除了标准会议室外，这里还有许多极具风格的小型会议室：如南极冰屋风格、英格兰民居风格和瑞士小木屋风格等，不得不说Google 是在处心积虑地“讨好”员工了。

　　这家新的苏黎世总部自落成以来，虽然七层中目前只有两层投入使用，却已经是Google 除美国之外的第二大研究中心。Google 很好地证明了工作和娱乐可以并存，尤其在发展速度像新陈代谢一样快的互联网行业，也许这样“腐败”的工作环境才是催生好点子的温室。
