Floodwater runs through the Dujiatai sluice in Xiantao City, central China's Hubei Province, on Sept. 21, 2011. The Dujiatai sluice started discharging floodwater to the downstream of Hanjiang River at noon on Wednesday, a move to deal with the flood caused by the continuous rainfall since Sept. 16.
