Photo taken on Sept. 23, 2011 shows fire scene at Gaoqiao oil refinery in Shanghai, east China. A fire that broke out at Gaoqiao refinery Friday night in Shanghai was under control and no casualties were reported, said municipal police. The cause of the fire is being investigated.(Xinhua/Pei Xin)
