一、教学前的思考
(一) 教材分析
新编初三英语教材继续保持第一、第二册的编写特点:
1.以学生的发民为宗旨,在学习的基础上了解文化差异,发展健全的人格,培养合作精神和社会公德意识.如本单元通过对海底世界的了解,要求学生从占滴小事做起,保护动物,保护海洋,保护环境,拯救地球.
2.教科书所设计的语言情景,尽可能地反映学生的现实生活,紧扣时代的发展.如本单元Lesson24中教学学生能上网,上图书馆查询资料.
3.教科书以单元为基础安排教学内容,每一个单元以话题为中心,通过任务设计(task.based)的形式,开展听,说,读.写的训练,强调节器对语言的实际运用.本单元的话题是Nature-----sea.
(二)教学内容分析
本单元为期中复习单元,具体教学内容为:
Lesson21由Ask and answer,Puzzle dialogues, Read and act三部分组成,重点复习现在完成时,并时行多种时态的比较复习。
Lesson22由Pre-read,Group work三部分组成,通理介绍地球卫士,环保之父Jacques Cousteau在海洋探险,海洋保护等多项事业上为人类做出的贡献,使学生装在了解美丽的海底世界的基础上,更加自觉地投身到热学自然,保护环境的行动上去。
Lesson23在前一课的基础上自然地引出两项与海洋有关的运动——潜水和冲浪,通不定期Read and say,激发学生热学运动,热爱生命。
Lesson24安排了Look and role-play,向学生介绍两种查寻资料的方法;然后可求学生查找有关shark的资料。这一环节自然地过渡到Read­­­­­——学习有关鲨鱼的知识,从而进一步热爱大自然。通不定期第二部分的Ask and answer,复习宾语从名用法。课文最后部分安排了三幅动物(海豚,老虎,鹿)的图片,正好可以锻炼学生课后通不定期查找资料解决写作的问题。本课还安排了一则听力训练。
本单元是围绕复习内容编写的。教师在指导学生学习时,应让学生明确学习班要达到的目的,让他们有意识地整理所学的知识,发展自已的能力。为此,我们认为单元重点是:
1.复习现在完成时
a.重点复习现在完成时的一般疑问句和特殊疑问句,同时掌握可与现在完成时态相连接的时间状语形式;
b. 综合复习一般过去时和现在完成时,明白两种时态表达的侧重有所不同;
c.要求正确运用时态,句子结构正确,能针对问题作回答。能区别have/has been(to)与have/has gone(to)的含义,并正确运用。
2.复习宾语从句
a.宾语从句的语序问题;
b.宾语从句的时态问题;
c.宾语从句的人称问题;
单元难点
1.宾语从句时态的呼应以及语序问题;
2.正确运用一般过去时和现在完成时。
二、教学目标定位
(一)语言知识
由于本单元是复习单元,其中出现的生词不多。学生通过本单元的学习应理解并正确运用以下单词和句型。

(二)言语技能
1.通不定期一系列的听力训练,VCD的欣赏,提高学生听的能力。
2.通过课文的整体阅读,挖掘文章的思想含义,担升语言意义,突出对学生阅读能力的培养。课文教学中以task——广告词的编写激发学生装的阅读兴趣,以Jacques Cousteau为人类做出的贡献线索,帮助学生现清文章思路,提高阅读技能。或通过看图问答的形式引出What can you see under the sea?Could you go scuba diving before 1943?If not, who made it possible? Who is he ? What did he do in his life?等等问题,引导学生逐步深入课文主题。
3.在语庋复习中,创设情景,以多种task激发学生说的欲望,培养学生的言语交际能力。
4.先说后写,以说促写,帮助学生完善写作技巧,提高写作水平,培养学生写的能力。
(三)情感态度
1.学习Jacques cousteau 从小热爱自然,保卫海洋,保护人类的生存环境的优秀吕质,学会从现在做起,从自我做起,保护环境,保卫地球,让自已的生命更有价值。
2.从任务的完成中,学会互相合作,互相帮助,互相提高的社会交际意识。
3.在学习中遇到困难时,能主动积极向老师或同学请教,取得帮助,能乐于接爱并了解异国文化。
4.从chant, competition中体会英语学习的乐趣,培养学习英语的兴趣和愿望,乐于参与各种事实践活动。
(四)学习策略
1.认真做好预习工作,通过Internet、图书馆及其他途径收集有关JacquesCousteau以及野生动物的资料。
2.在课堂学习中能自觉与同学对话,积极参与小组讨论,动脑,动口,动手,全面调动学习的主动性。
3.在学习中能主动运用阅读技巧,随时总结学习方法,用已有学习方法能记忆单词,猜测词义,比较时态等。
4.通过学生自学,交流进行探索学习,在学习中能发现语言的规律并运用规律举一反三,在教师的指导,疏通和学生间互相补充、互相启发下,得到提高。
(五)文化意识
1.了解世界文化,店学生明了理球的确很小,保护环境是每一个地球人义不容辞的现任
2.了解地球卫士Jacques Cousteau在海洋探险、海洋电影、海洋保护等多项事业上对人类作出的贡献,培养学生树立环境意识、环保概念,参与环保小卫士活动。
3.了解英语国家中较为流行的潜水运动的冲浪运动,培养学生爱运动,强体魄的自我保护意识。
4.了解常见动物的有关知识,激发学生热学动物,保护动物,维护生态平衡的热情。
三.任务设计
(一)设计原则
1.以学生为中心,以任务为主的教学原则(Learner-centered,task-basedlearning);
2.创造使用英语的机会,贯彻英语学习的交际性原则(Communicative-learning):
3.由简到繁,由易到维,前后相连的阶梯型任务链原则;
4.教师的作用:设计者、研究者、组织者、促进者、协调者。
(二)任务介绍
Task1:We know our teacher best
1.活动目标:发展学生正确运用现在完成时的技能。
2.言语技能:培养学生听说能力。
3.组织形式:小组活动,竞赛
4.教学过程:
A.学生以小组为单位,用现在完成时写出10年问题。问题编写时要期望老师回答“Yes”.
B.学生快速向教师提问,同时为自已记下分数,一个”Yes”得1分。但是他们不能重复其他同学已经提过的问题,也不能得其他同学问题分。
C.得分最高的小组为“Winner”.
Task2: Advertisement;
1.活动目标;
A、练习学写广告语。
B、培养学生一环保意识。
2.言语技能:培养学生听、说、写的能力。
3.组织形式:四人小组活动
4.教学过程:
A、学生小组活动,讨论怎样保护环境。
B、教师向学生燕尾服示一些英语广告,引导学生分析广告语言的用词和句子的特点。
C、学生选择讨讼得出的Main idea或Topic sentence,进行广告语的编写。
D、各小组向全班展示他们设计的广告。
E、课后将各条广告张贴于教室板报或校园中。
Task3: Pardon me?
1.活动目标:培养学生正确运用宾语从句的技能。
2.言语技能:培养学生听、说、演的能力。
3.组织形式:三人(或以上)小组活动。

B.邀请三从一组(Mr Mott,Mrs Mott, the robot)在规定的时间内描述画面意思。
