谎言1：油性皮肤不需要保湿

对于油性肌肤而言，似乎控油才是护肤的重要步骤，实际上皮肤容易出油正是缺水的表现。肌肤里层水份少油分多，导致皮肤只能分泌更多的油。

谎言2：只用化妆水保湿即可

夏天到了，不喜欢粘腻腻乳液的MM喜欢只涂一层化妆水，就完成所有的保养步骤。殊不知化妆水虽然是水水的样子，单用使用并不能帮助肌肤保湿。如果没有之后的乳液加固，在涂抹后十分容易蒸发，反而带走皮肤原本的水分，变得更加干燥。

谎言3 ：多功能护肤品的保湿效果足够用

很多护肤品标榜着具有美白、保湿、收毛孔等多种功效，功能全面，却每一项都不强效。要是皮肤状况很好、问题不大的MM比较适用，但如果是皮肤干燥、需要强大的保湿效果，这样的产品就无法达到理想的程度了。

谎言 4：保湿精华素比保湿面霜更补水
