用扫描电镜(SEM)和傅立叶变换红外光谱(FT IR)法,研究了淡水蚌壳在不同温度时的结构变化。SEM观察蚌壳纵断面结构发现,在280℃煅烧10 m in的蚌壳出现了两条明显的裂缝,同时棱柱层和珍珠层微结构发生变化。FT IR测量蚌壳粉发现,随着温度的升高,蚌壳中的有机物逐渐分解,600℃时完全消失;同时无机物也逐渐分解,在600℃恒定2 h,碳酸钙完全分解为氧化钙。
The transformation of framework in freshwater mussel shell was studied by scanning electronic microscope(SEM)and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR) at different temperature.Observation on vertical section of shell through SEM showed there were two cracks in shell at 280 ℃ for 10min and micro fabric of prismatic layer and nacre of having calcined shell transformed.FTIR measuring showed organic compounds gradually decomposed along with increasing temperature and complete vanished at 600 ℃;Inorganic...
