Right when celebrating its 90th anniversary, Communist Party of China (CPC) should deeply learn a lesson from the upheaval in Middle East and North Africa while combining its own governing experiences, through which CPC can strongly insist its succeed in managing the country as well as clearly realize the pressure and challenges.
Firstly, CPC considers development as the top priority for China's rising all the time.
The essential reason of the upheaval in Middle East and North Africa lies in the crisis of development, especially on developing mode. While China has already successfully figured out a government-led market economy developing mode and obtained great achievements on the autonomous developing road suiting Chinese characteristics.
Secondly, the continuous advancing with times and strengthening the validity construction of its governing consolidates and enlarges CPC's governing foundation.
The rigid political system, gerontocracy and strong man politics in republicanism countries and following traditions obdurately in monarchism countries in the Middle East and North Africa world make their governments lose the validity of governing and become targets of people's protests.
Thirdly, CPC did a good job in maintaining stability while opening up and poising between opening up and social orders, while some Middle East and North African countries did a bad one and trapped themselves in troubles.
On one hand, the globalization makes Arabic people keep asking for reform and opening up, while ruling classes keeps worrying about the impacts of doing that; on the other hand, the decision of avoiding opening up will not bring economic prosperity and makes governments ruling power declined.
Fourthly, CPC properly deals with the relationship of independent diplomacy and joining international system and interacts very well with the world.
While both the long term of being US allies and long term of opposing as well as challenging current international system makes those countries either lose independent diplomacy or lose developing opportunities.

Of course, China has its own problems too. Such as standing at the lower branch of the global economic chain, uneven development between the urban and rural areas, sharp polarization between the rich and the poor and so on. Therefore, CPC still has a long way to go on the road of developing independence and innovation. At the same time, scientific social management has also become an important subject for CPC's governing with sharp social conflicts.
In addition, the "Internet politics" and "Internet diplomacy" are challenging the CPC's governing capability as well. How to manage Internet scientifically will become another normal politics and social agenda.
