　　夏天是蚊虫最活跃的季节，外出游玩一定要小心蚊虫叮咬。因此，出门前要先做好预防蚊虫叮咬的功课。英国《每日邮报》载文指出，蚊虫咬后反应不同，应对方案也有所不同。

　　1．黄蜂。黄蜂不会将蜂刺留在人体皮肤内，可连续叮刺。被叮后，人们会出现剧痛、鼓包和肿胀，冷敷就能缓解症状，也可以吃抗组胺药物，能减轻瘙痒和炎症。嘴唇浮肿、呼吸困难、头晕是严重过敏反应症状，须立即就医。
　　2．蜜蜂。被蜜蜂蛰过后，可以先用银行卡等硬物轻轻刮去蜂刺和毒囊，疼痛及肿胀可以冷敷。在情况不明的情况下，不要轻易使用醋或苏打水，否则会加重症状。一旦出现严重过敏反应，必须就医。 　3．跳蚤。一只跳蚤通常连续咬5口，留下红疙瘩。最常见部位是膝盖下或脚踝周围，可先用小苏打水清洗止痒。有的人过敏严重，会发生丘疹性荨麻疹，此时必须就医。 　4．蚊子。被蚊子叮咬后，要过一会才会觉得瘙痒，皮肤出现红包。可以抹点肥皂或风油精，以减轻肿胀和瘙痒。有些蚊子携带疟疾等病菌。一些病菌的潜伏期长达14天。因此，外出旅行时候，蚊虫叮咬务必格外重视。 　5．马蝇。马蝇叮人很疼，而且会在数分钟内出现大红包，且伴有瘙痒。可使用激素软膏涂抹患处，但用量不宜过大，否则也会过敏。        如果病菌进入皮肤，则会导致蜂窝组织炎，症状包括发热、皮肤浮肿、恶心和发烧，有时还会诱发哮喘，出现头晕、呼吸困难、胸闷、丘疹及嘴唇或舌头严重肿大等症状，不及时治疗甚至有生命危险。 　6．扁虱。被扁虱叮咬后，皮肤会出现红点，可使用酒精清洗患处，防止进一步感染。患处一般需要3周时间可痊愈。带菌扁虱可能会传染莱姆病，莱姆病在早期若不即使诊治，会导致瘫痪的严重后果。如果一个月内被扁虱叮咬，且伴有流感症状，那么应该立即就医。
