Order a Jetpack

Martin Jetpack Production Positions Now Available

Martin Aircraft has been developing and flying the Martin Jetpack.

The development program is progressing well. We have flown the current prototype over 2500 times, and accumulated more flight hours than all previous jetpack designs.

We still have some work to do and in parallel to the R&D we are planning the production facility and processes.

Martin Aircraft Company has had a very high level of interest from people and organisations who wish to purchase a Martin Jetpack, and many have expressed their desire to secure a formal position on a waiting list.
Due to this demand, Martin Aircraft Company has introduced a refundable deposit system, covered by the attached terms and conditions, whereby persons or organisations can place a deposit for one or more Martin Jetpack’s to firmly secure a position on the waiting list.

This delivery slot allocation is for the recreational version of the Martin Jetpack. It does not apply to commercial versions of the Martin Jetpack sold to governments, military and similar clients.
The minimum deposit accepted is NZ$5000 (approx US$3500) for each Martin Jetpack waiting list position
All parties having placed a deposit will receive written confirmation of their position in the queue soon after the funds are cleared.

Deposits will be kept in a trust account (escrow account) and overseen by independent accounting company P. S. Alexander. Martin Aircraft Company will not have access to these funds until a purchase agreement is signed between the buyer and the company. The deposit will be applied to the purchase agreement.
The target price for the recreational Martin Jetpack remains at US$100,000 plus delivery, taxes and duties, but the company reserves its right to change this price before final purchase agreements are entered into.

If you wish to withdraw from the waiting list, you can do so at any time and your money will be refunded less a NZ$500 cancellation fee.

As previously indicated we are targeting a delivery date for the first Martin Jetpacks from late 2011, but nothing in this document obliges or commits the company to this target.

The aircraft will only be produced when internal and external safety and reliability standards are met, and the training program is signed off. We need to get this right, and safety will always take priority over delivery schedules.

If you now wish to secure an early delivery position for a Martin Jetpack, please read the attached terms and conditions, and complete the instructions on the Martin Jetpack order form.

Fly the dream.
