创设于1525五年以后的圣芳济教会（Capuchin）的修士都穿著褐色道袍，头戴一顶尖尖帽子，圣芳济教会传到意大利时，当地人觉得修士服饰很特殊，就给他们取个Cappuccino的名字，此字的意大利文是指僧侣所穿宽松长袍和小尖帽，源自意大利文“头巾”即Cappuccio。

用料

雀巢100%纯品咖啡 一匙雀巢纯牛奶肉桂粉若干

做法

1、将杯中倒入1/2热雀巢咖啡。

2、将纯牛奶打发，去除最上层的粗泡，用匙挡住奶泡，将牛奶先倒入杯中约2/3，最后将细奶泡倒入杯中。

3、将肉桂粉撒至奶泡上即可。

小贴士

打奶泡时，最好用专用的手动不锈钢打奶泡机，特殊情况下打蛋器亦可替代！祝大家在过程中~ ~
