Where there is a will, there is a way  　　It is widely believed that some people are born lucky, because they possess high intelligence. But high intelligence is not equal to success. No pains, no gains. Success is built upon tremendous amount of study, practice and devotion.
　　In fact, researches have evidence that diligence for one’s work is a key factory for success. Life is a struggle, just as the most striking part of Longfellow’s poem: “Be a hero in the strife.”Beethoven was a typical “hero in the strife”. As a deaf man, he went on working with his strong will in the last year of his life, through he was not able to hear his own fine music. Marie Curie, a famous scientist, also has set a good example. In 1898, Marie found a new element in the pitchblende. In order to improve her discovery, Marie and her husband worked hard. At last they saw the dim blue light of new element ——radium. Her dream had come true.
　　Success comes from one _ percent inspiration and ninety _ nine percent perspiration. Please have a definite goal first. Hold fast to your will. The path to will may not be smooth and wide, even some sacrifices are needed, but hold on to the end, you will find there is no greater happiness than making your will come true. 

有志者事竟成

　　
      我们相信有些人因为拥有天赋天生便与幸运相伴。但是拥有高的智商并非意味着可以坐享其成。一分辛苦一分才。成功源自大量的学习、实践与钻研。
　　事实上，研究也已经表明勤奋才是成功的敲门砖。生命在于奋斗，正如朗费罗诗里最有代表的一段话写的那样：在斗争中出英雄。贝多芬就是典型的斗争中的英雄。即使作为一个聋子，在生命的最后几年他仍然凭着坚韧的毅力不懈创作，他甚至听不见自己的优美作品。玛丽·居里，一位著名的科学家，也给我们树立了典范。1898年，居里夫人在铀矿里发现了新元素，为了证明她的发现，居里和她的丈夫努力钻研，最后他们终于看见了镭的蓝光，发现了新元素。从而实现了自己的梦想。
　　成功来自百分之一的灵感与百分之九十九的汗水。首先请树立一个明确的目标吧。坚持你的理想，通往理想的道路也许并不平坦，宽敞，甚至需要付出很多的牺牲，但只要坚持到底，你就会发现没有比实现自己的理想更令人愉快的了。

One of the most important things to succcss is a firm.reso1ution. A great man is al ways one who has a firm resolution and an inflexible spirit. One will never succeed all his life without a firm will to get the final victory.
As a rule, great tasks are accomplished by men of strong will. For example, Dr. Sun Yatsen set the Cbinese people free from the rule of the Qing Dynasty through a long pcriod of hard struggle. Many of his attempts failed and many of bis followers were killed, but he had an inflexible spirit and sticked to his cause. Finally, he made the revo lution of 1911 a success.
A student who has no resolution will never succeed in his studies. The same is true of men in all walks of life. We must have a firm resolution first, if we wish to succeed. We must always remember thc old saying that where there is a will there is a way.
有志者事竟成
坚强的意志是成功的重要保证。伟大的人物总是有坚强的决心和不屈不挠的精神。一个人没有争取胜利的坚定决心，决不会成功。
一般地说，意志坚定的人才能完成伟大使命，譬如，孙中山先生经历了长期的艰苦斗争把中国人民从清朝统治下解放出来。他的许多次尝试失败了，他的许多追随者遭到杀害。然而，他取得了1911年革命的成功。
没有坚强意志的学生在学习上不会成功。在生活的各个方面也是如此。如果我们想要成功，首先要有坚强的意志。我们应当牢记这句俗话：有志者事竟成。

    The key to success is not so much money as a strong will.A great man is one who has a strong will and an indomitable spirit.In other words,if a man does not have a strong will to win(get) the final victory,he will never succeed in his life.He is no more than a failure.
   It is quite obvious that there is nothing difficult in the world.If you make up your mind to do it ,you will certainly accomplish your end .That stands to reason.
    成功的要诀不是金钱而是一个坚强的意志。一个大人物是一个具有坚强意志和不屈不挠精神的人。换句话说，如果一个人没有坚强意志去获得最后的胜利，他终其一生永远不会成功。他只不过是个失败者。
   很明显，世界上并没有难事。如果你下定决心去做，你一定会达到目的。那是显而易见的。
