营销学里的著名理论:Chinese vice president urges officials to focus on practice

Chinese Vice President Xi Jinping on Tuesday urged leaders and cadres at all levels to avoid empty talks and, rather, do solid work in the implementation of government policies and measures to achieve solid results.
Xi, also president of the Party School of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee, made the remarks at the school's opening ceremony for the spring semester.
"Government officials and Party cadres should pay special attention to the fulfillment of various measures and policies put forward by the CPC and the government, and ensure the effective implementation at the grassroots level and among the people," said Xi, also a member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee.
Xi urged cadres to bravely face any problems during practices and strive to find solutions with the help of people as soon as possible in order to prevent these problems from deteriorating.
Xi called for an improved evaluation system that honors hardworking cadres, rectifies those keen on pompous talk and punishes those whose dereliction of duty leads to serious consequences.
More than 1,800 people, including Party officials attending the school's spring semester and lecturers of the school, attended Tuesday's ceremony.
