将近2年没有精听，听力废了。重拾friends做些笔记，一个礼拜一至二集。方法为完全裸听。不放过一点。听不出来或者感觉有用部分的记笔记。估计后面速度会加快，不知道2年能不能搞定这件事情。
废话少说，开始听记：
