我们必须认真对待对这些保护套。中国的保护套生产厂商竞争激烈，但利润非常稀薄。它们精于业务并不惜采用非法手段获取苹果最为机密的原型机。今年6月，中国一家地方法院判处三人入狱，罪名是合谋窃取商业机密。这三人将iPad 2早期设计信息作价2万元人民币（约合3千美元）出售给了一家保护套生产商，而后者则是为了抢占市场先机。

Apple (AAPL) hasn't unveiled or even named its newest iPhone, but Chinese shops are already selling cases for the iPhone 5 in a wide variety of colors and designs. They all have the same dimensions, however, a fact that MICGadget attributes to a single iPhone 5 prototype that went missing recently from a Foxconn factory in Shenzhen.
There is reason to take these designs seriously. Chinese case manufacturers compete vigorously for narrow margins. They know their business and are not beyond using extra-legal means to get their hands on Apple's top secret prototypes. In June a Chinese court sent three people to prison on conspiracy charges for selling an early design for the iPad 2 to a case maker willing to pay 20,000 yuan ($3,000) for first crack at the market.
