乔布斯给我们的十堂课：活着就为改变世界

Steve Jobs走了，但他说过的话还在激励着我们前进。让我们来聆听他曾经留给我们的十句话，或者说，十堂课。

1. “创新区分谁是领导者，谁是追随者。（Innovation distinguishes between a leader and a follower）”

创新无止境，唯一制约它的只有你的想象力。

2. “追求卓越。有的人不习惯一个追求卓越的环境。（Be a yardstick of quality. Some people aren’t used to an environment where excellence is expected）”

成功没有捷径。追求卓越其实并不难——关键在于，你必须时时刻刻全力以赴。

3.“成就伟大事业的唯一秘诀在于热爱你的工作。如果你还没能找到让自己热爱的事业，不要停下来，继续寻找。（The only way to do great work is to love what you do. If you haven’t found it yet, keep looking. ）”

爱你所做的，做你所爱的。

4. “如你所知，我们并不生产我们吃的大多数东西，我们穿的是别人制造的衣服，说的是别人创造的语言…我的意思是，我们总是在利用他人的劳动果实和经验。如果你能够为世人创造一些东西，那是一种难以名状的美妙感觉。（You know, we don’t grow most of the food we eat. We wear clothes other people make. We speak a language that other people developed. We use a mathematics that other people evolved… I mean, we’re constantly taking things. It’s a wonderful, ecstatic feeling to create something that puts it back in the pool of human experience and knowledge.）”

求知若饥，大智若愚。

5. “佛教中有一句话：‘用初生者的眼光看世界’。拥有这种初生者的眼光是一件很美妙的事情。（There’s a phrase in Buddhism, ‘Beginner’s mind.’ It’s wonderful to have a beginner’s mind.）”

初生者的心态是禅宗的做法，这让你能看到事物的本质。

6. “我们认为，当你看电视的时候，你‘关闭’了你的大脑，只有在你工作时，你的大脑才会‘打开’。（We think basically you watch television to turn your brain off, and you work on your computer when you want to turn your brain on.）”

工作使人保持活力。

7. “我是我所知的唯一一个在一年中损失了2.5亿美元的人…这对我的成长很有帮助。（I’m the only person I know that’s lost a quarter of a billion dollars in one year…. It’s very character-building.）”

哪怕跌到了，也要抓一把沙在手里。

8. “我愿意用我的一切换取与苏格拉底一个下午的相处。（I would trade all of my technology for an afternoon with Socrates.）”

人需要有点信仰。

9. “我们在这里就是为了在这个世界留下我们的痕迹。否则我们凭什么在这里？（We’re here to put a dent in the universe. Otherwise why else even be here?）”

活着就为改变世界。

10. “时不我待，我们不应浪费时间而过别人的生活。不要囿于成见，让他人的想法束缚你，不要让别人的意见淹没了你自己内心的声音。最重要的，拥有追随自己内心与直觉的勇气。它们多少已经知道你真正想成为什么。其他一切都是次要的。（Your time is limited, so don’t waste it living someone else’s life. Don’t be trapped by dogma – which is living with the results of other people’s thinking. Don’t let the noise of other’s opinions drown out your own inner voice. And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. They somehow already know what you truly want to become. Everything else is secondary.）”

过自己选择的生活。

这十堂课可能难以一下子融入你的生活，但如果你以你的方式去学校每一堂课，你会从中有所受益。
