　　针对媒体就旗下子公司污染事件的质疑，扬农化工(600486,股吧)今日发布澄清公告称，今年3月28日，公司控股子公司江苏优士化学有限公司收到仪征市政府限期治理决定书，要求优士公司针对废气超标排放问题实施停产整治，6月30日前完成治理工作。优士公司高度重视，及时向仪征市政府、扬州市政府进行了汇报，获得了理解，由公司在保持正常生产的同时，启动废气专项治理方案，公司生产经营活动未受到重大影响。
