在WOODLAND买到的房子

　　先说结果吧，这是2010年12月在美国加州WOODLAND买到的房子，26.5万美元，这套房子是4室3卫，4个卧室全在2层。地毯面积2570平方英尺，约合237平方米，院子好像6000多平方英尺吧，约合557平方米，同志们觉得值吗？

　　说到去美国的事，也有点小的铺垫，儿子07年去美国读书了，正好是个契机，买房子需要2-3个月的过程，确实不是立刻就能办的。
