The Wind & The Sea

I'm The Wind, coming from an island.

There was no grass, no tree, no any living things.

The island lies among an ocean millions of years ago, but now it does not exist any longer.

You're The Sea, gathered all of the rivers, brooks and lakes all over the globe.

I kept on trying to reach you, but I lost my way, and now I'm alone here, very upset.

You're waiting for me anxiously. Without me, you almost lost your temper.

You turned into clouds and rain, trying to meet me.

I'm flying through thousand of centuries and billions of miles in the universe, searching for you.

I changed into fog, snow, rainbow, thunder and lightning.

I prayed to the God, I wish someday I could be with you, never to part again.

Do you remember I was coming from the sky?

I arrived at the globe, no voice, no living plant, no animals or human beings.

Later, I saw The Sun rising in the east. It brought life to the world.

The air was so fresh. It made the globe healthy and active.

The Wind was so naughty, she woke up the land that has slept thousands of years.

The quiet little Princess of The Grass Kingdom was staring at an unfamiliar world, coming up from the ground.

Little tadpoles were swimming in the water happily.

The Wind was singing romantic songs with her sweet voice and attractive smile.

She was coming from ancient Huanghe River, and now she's going to a modern city built above the sea.

Do you remember you were coming from another side of a high mountain?

You were standing there, thinking of someone, kept in silence.

All the memories occurred in your mind, as if all of them happened just now.

You were looking at me, lots of love shinning in your eyes.

I could feel that you wanted to hug me in your arms.

I'm always in your heart, I know that.

I heard you were calling my nickname in your dreams.

Tears came out of your eyes when you kept on thinking of me at night.

Many times, you wandered here and there in the moonlight, looking for The Wind.

I saw The Moon weeping due to your sincere blessing for me.

Many times, you were running crazily while shouting at the waves, try to find The Wind.

But you were always disappointed with no result.

Do you remember when we met at the golden beach in a sunny evening?

With a red red face, I asked you,

"Darling, Are you just a passer in my life? Or are you my true love in my whole life?"

You laughed trickily, hugging me without giving me an answer.

It started raining in late evening, lights were turning on throughout that night.

I was so happy that I kept on dancing for a long time.

Raindrops and the seawater spots also danced happily, dropping on my white long skirt.

I closed my eyes, truning around continuously.

I was almost lost in the romantic atmosphere of the sea and amazing rhythm of the rain.

You were staring at me, smiling, also lost in the universe and time.
