 It came as a surprise to me when I heard that he left the company the best one I think .Why this happened ?He was the manager and also the partner of the CO .I thought he would worked there forever, unless it went down .However ,he left and will not go back .I feel some lost ,but relax .I.Lost ---because he was kind to me ,and said something good of me to my leader ,such as belowA) he told my manager that I am the top one in this position I do B) he may move his business if I left my CO and so on ...Because of those ,to some extent ,my boss cares me differently from others ,which makes me happy .II.Relax---He left there I should work harder or work as usual at least,why it is not so ?A) he told me the job is his life ,and he always cared me in my work .       I told him when something was in trouble . he didnot complain and  helped me solve it .      So I should work harder and harder B) he also cared my factory ,his colleagues didnot want to put some new items to my factory because of the higher price or others      however ,he advised them to consider my factory .     So ,we got more businesses with his help .Now ,he left ,I can no longer think his mind and his colleagues may not give us more new items .so I may relax in the future .Is this good or bad for me ? I donot how to say ,everything has its two sides .But ,I will change as the situation is changed .
