1、将回收的旧金饰品作为原材料，熔化至铁槽内形成金条

提起黄金饰品，每个人都不会觉得陌生，但要说到它们到底是如何生产加工而成的，相信大多数人都没见过。近日，记者探访了一家菜百首饰的生产加工厂基地，用镜头记录下了一批手工类黄金饰品从原料到雏形再到成品的诞生过程。

生产饰品前，工厂设计部先要拿出设计图纸，根据图纸制造模具，这是必须做好、做精的最重要的工序。模具完成后，根据产品的品类传递给下一个衔接部门。如果所制的模具是链结构(项链、手链、脚链等)的就传递给备料部，如果是戒指、手镯、吊坠、金条等就传递给油压部。

在备料部里，工作人员根据模具来加工生产产品的雏形，也就是半成品或是配件，包括项链配件、小圆珠或是橄榄珠等等。然后，这些半成品将被转送到链部，将项链的每一个配件相连接，从而组成一条初步完整的项链。

油压部的工作内容与备料部是一样的，也是加工生产产品的雏形。有了雏形，则送到执模部进行整形，让戒指、手镯等黄金饰品的形状更加接近成品的模样。
