SUMMARY
The position accountability is to oversee all customs related affairs and make sure all operation is consistent with Customs regulations and export and import shipping arrangement effectively as well as to ensure deliver performance meet customer requirement.
The position is responsibility on all domestic transportation also. To guarantee the 98%OTD to support the domestic sales.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
¨ Approach and convey new policies of government department, Keep smooth communication and relationship with Customs and Inspection Bureau etc.
¨ Handle special import and export activities.
¨ Track the goods status effectively and communicate with related people for solving any abnormal situations and take action to correct it immediately.
¨ Supervision of duty- bonded and un-bonded material management
¨ Continue to reduce logistic cost by using most effective approach.
¨ Expedite Imp. & Exp. declaration period
¨ To negotiate with all forwarders about the transportation agreement, ask for the most favored discount.
¨ Keep tracking with urgent shipment and expedite it to keep production line continuously run.
¨ Guarantee the 98% OTD to ship domestic sales.
¨ Make the form for tracking the domestic sales.
¨ Keep close communication with AB and OE's sales.
¨ Support the SPX Leadership Standards.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
KNOWLEDGE and CERTIFICATION
REQURIED:
¨ College degree or above in trade or equivalent.
¨ 5 years experience in logistic function plus 1-2 years management experience.
¨ Be familiar with import licenses application.
¨ Experience on forwarder management
¨ Holds Customs Declaration Certificate
SKILLS:
¨ Good communication skills.
¨ Good English ability both in writing and oral.
¨ Familiar with MS Office.
ABILITY
¨ Ability to function effectively in a cross-functional setting.
¨ Demonstrates fast action when encounter risk of delivery.
¨ Demonstrates ability of good planning for good shipping schedule
PREFERRED
¨ Major in foreign trade or English
