韩星Rain涉嫌挪用公款22.5亿韩元 再次被检方调查(图)

　　据韩国《中央日报》9月5日消息，韩流明星Rain（订阅Rain的新闻Rain的图集Rain的明星村）因涉嫌挪用公款再次接受了检方的调查。9月4日，首尔高等检察厅宣布，已经下发了“再侦查”命令，将重新调查Rain“挪用公款案件”。该案曾于去年年末被首尔中央地方检察厅宣判“无罪”。

　　报道称，去年4月，Rain的最大股东——J社的投资人李某称“Rain以其服装事业专属模特费的名义，收取了22.5亿韩元（约合人民币1344万元）”，由此认为Rain违反了“特定经济犯罪加重处罚法”，涉嫌欺诈、挪用公款、渎职而向其提出起诉。

　　接受案件的首尔中央地方检察厅调查部于去年12月称：“由于J社实际上经营服装事业，且专属模特费是一个主观性概念，所以很难认定Rain因贪污模特费而渎职。”因此，首尔中央地方检察厅对Rain做出了“无罪”判决。

　　但首尔高等检察厅以J社在进行服装事业之前曾一次性支付给Rain股本的50%的模特费为证据，下发了“再侦查”命令。此外，J社方面也曾拿出部分资本金借给了Rain的相关公司及人员，且事业开展后不到一年该公司就处于了停业状态。首尔高等检察厅由此判断案件存在“故意欺诈”的嫌疑。

　　另一方面，Rain在首尔中央地方检察厅做出无罪的判决后，立刻向报道其挪用公款的两名报社记者提出了要求赔偿其损失的诉讼。今年7月，法院做出判决，宣布两名记者需要分别向Rain赔偿3000万韩元和2000万韩元。
