 生活中都会遇到伤痛,失去,疾病,孤独和死亡。我们并不是要活得长久而不死去。你今天的痛苦是什么?这是一个克服消极情绪的简单方法。步骤如下:


  Describe your situation and your problem briefly. Find a pad of paper or a journal book and answer the following questions:How is your situation exactly?

         简要描述你目前的状况和问题。找一个便签本或者日记本,回答如下问题:你目前的情况准确来说是怎样的?


What is the problem?

       遇到什么问题?


Where is the center of the problem?

        问题的核心是什么?


  Consider your emotions. What are the feelings in you? Fear, anger, addiction, desire, or grief? Which feeling is the strongest? Where is the feeling sitting in your body?

         细细体会一下你的情绪。现在你是一个什么样的感觉?害怕,愤怒,热衷,渴望或是悲伤?哪种感觉最为强烈?这个感觉积压在你身体里哪个地方?


  Consider your thoughts. What thoughts are connected with your feelings? Why are you sad, anxious, angry or yearning for something else?Count down all your stressful thoughts: My thoughts are...

        细想一下你的想法。哪种想法和你现在的感觉息息相关?你为什么伤心,焦虑,生气,或者渴望着某种东西?记录下所有让你有压力的想法:我的想法是。。。


  Think about the triggers. What triggers your problem? Is it one thing or a variety of things?

           考虑连锁反应。你的问题会带来什么反应?是一件事情还是一连串的事情?


  Think about different solutions. What is the way out of your problem? What brings you to love, excitement, fulfillment, fortunately, satisfaction? Think about your problem until you find a solution.Collect all the information you need to find solutions. This might include reading about how other people have dealt with similar problems, or it can be as simple as collecting together your past successful approaches to facing a problem.

       考虑其它的解决办法。用什么途径可以跳出这些问题?是什么带你给爱,激动,成功,幸运和满足?仔细思考你的问题直到找到一个解决方法。收集所有有利于找到办法的信息。这包括了解其他人是如何解决类似的问题,也可以简单到是汇总整合你过往成功经验,从而去面对问题。


  Follow your positive thoughts. Fulfill your positive life plan. Avoid meaningless brooding. Don't leave your dreams for others to fulfill.What is your positive duty now? "My positive sentence is..."

        跟着你正面的想法走。去实现你积极的生活计划。避免无意义的沉思。不要将你的梦想交由别人去实现。你现在明确的责任是什么?“我的责任是。。。”


Attempt to draw your eyes and thoughts to the positive.

            试着将你的视线和想法转到积极的一面来。


Create a diary of gratitude. Every day, write down three things that went well, or three things you are grateful for (even little things!) - after a week, you will start to see that every day has something to appreciate.

        写感恩的日记。每天,记录下三件过得不错的事情,或是三件你感激的事情(即使只是微小的事情!),一个星期之后,你会开始发现,每天都有值得感恩的事情。


Spend 10 minutes each day writing about the best possible outcome for your life. What would your life be like if all your hopes and plans went as well as they possibly could? Keep working on this picture, filling in more and more details as you get clear on them.

    每天花十分钟的时间记录下你生活中最美好的可能的结果。如果你所有的希望和计划都按照预期的顺利的发展,你的生活会是什么样子?坚持描绘这些前景,注入越来越多的细节,你就能更清楚的了解它。

Then you know what you have to do. There is a way for everyone to be happy and to live permanently in all-embracing love.
