        答：油性肌肤要选择适合自己的卸妆品，首先检查一下你的彩妆品是水溶性还是油性，譬如，油性粉底、粉条、防水性彩妆等都属油性。如果你选用的彩妆属油性化妆品居多，就必须购买一瓶脂溶性卸妆品，如卸妆油，卸妆霜等。而卸妆乳的油分含量比较适中，一般适用于任何肤质；卸妆液则适合于油性肌肤。

        一般来说，彩妆越浓越厚重，越需要油脂比例高的卸妆品来卸除。如果天天上浓妆的人，卸妆油会是比较合适的选择，使用化妆棉沾卸妆液，其湿擦拭的卸除力会比较好；若在手掌中加水乳化也可以进行全脸按摩及卸妆，但必须注意清洗干净，避免油脂残留脸上。

        再来，购买卸妆品也要看看自己的肤质。肌肤较干燥的人适合使用卸妆油；而若是油性肌肤或长青春痘的人则适合选择卸妆液为佳，因为卸妆液质地清爽，而且较不会造成脸部负担。如果油性肌肤的人使用卸妆油，要特别注意再次清洁工作，还得慎选产品。

        油性肌肤很讨人厌，用了过油的保养品，会有不舒服的感觉，且容易长面疱，这表示皮肤不缺油，毛孔油脂代谢受阻塞了。所以，这时候就该降低保养品油度，或使用皮脂调理成分。妆完后，应使用温和的洗面乳洗脸，然后再用爽肤水对肌肤做最后的清洁，以平衡肌肤的PH值。

        总之，油性肌肤在选择保养品时要特别注意，最好能区隔夏季保养及秋冬保养，分季节及分龄的保养才能给肌肤对位的保护，但是如果一味地靠外在保养品来调理，是绝对无法改善的。
        油性肌肤是麻烦了点，但是它也有好处，总比干性肌肤的朋友们幸运多了！同样是缺水，油性肌还会分泌油脂保护，相较之下，干性肌肤就比较容易损伤导致老化加速。

        最简单的预防方法就是多喝水，油脸有十之八九都是因为水分不够，也就是保湿不足，就算在脸上擦了一堆保湿产品，体内水分不足就无法让保湿发挥最大功效。
