字体香港6月份消费者价格指数(CPI)升至近三年来最高水平，主要受私屋租金和食品价格上涨推动。经济学家们表示，香港CPI到今年年末可能才会见顶。

香港政府周四公布，香港6月份总体CPI较上年同期上升5.6%，高于5月份5.2%的升幅，和早些时候接受道琼斯通讯社(Dow Jones Newswires)调查的10位经济学家5.6%的预期中值一致。6月份CPI创2008年7月以来最大升幅，当时CPI上升6.3%。

香港政府称，未来数月香港将继续面临物价上涨压力。香港政府发布公告称，全球食品和大宗商品价格可能持续高企，而2010年初以来香港经济大举扩张导致成本压力也将上升。

经济学家们称，私屋租金和食品价格上涨是推动上月CPI走高的主要因素。

6月份食品价格上涨7.2%，5月份涨幅为7.0%。食品价格在CPI篮子中所占比重约为三分之一。

香港6月份私屋租金上涨7.1%，远大于5月份6.6%的涨幅。

2010年香港房价已经超过了1997年的高位，平均价格上涨24%左右，2009年的涨幅为30%。但房租水平并未同步上涨，因为租约期限至少为一年，从而锁定了房租价格。

公屋和私屋租金在CPI篮子中所占比重约为三分之一。

渣打银行(Standard Chartered Bank)经济学家刘健恒(Kelvin Lau)称，CPI尚未见顶，可能将在未来数月加速上升，到年末将超过6%。他补充称，在香港经济强劲增长的背景下，这个水平仍是可以接受的。

受出口增长强劲和本地需求旺盛等因素推动，2011年第一季度香港经济增速快于分析师预期，同比增幅达到7.2%，大于去年第四季度6.4%的增幅。经济强劲增长促使香港政府将全年经济增长预期从4%-5%上调至5%-6%，并将全年CPI升幅从4.5%上调至5.4%。香港2010年CPI上升2.4%.

香港房租大幅上涨 租金价格仅次于东京和莫斯科
