吸湿发热纱线Heatwarm染整注意事项：
Outlines for Heatwarm dyeing and finishing：
Heatwarm吸湿发热纱线的成分为70%涤纶、30%粘胶。Heatwarm 吸湿发热性性能要求面料要具有良好的吸湿性. 因此在染整时须特别注意下列事项。
HeatwarmTM is developed by 70% polyester and 30% viscose。Heat generation & thermal retention functions needs the fabric have excellent capability of moisture absorption.Cautions as follow must be taken during dyeing progress:
1、胚布必须彻底精练，以去除纤维表面沾附的油剂。
Souring grey cloth thoroughly, finishing oil on fiber surface must be removed completely
2、 染Heatwarm时，染缸、脱水机、定型机必须清洗干净，以去除残留的助剂及树脂
Before dyeing Heatwarm, dye vat, centrifuge and setting machine must be washed thoroughly to remove residue additives and resins.
3、 染整过程中请做亲水加工，使吸湿性更佳
Hydrophilic treatment during dyeing process preferred to get synergy effect for excellent water absorb.
4、 若要改善手感，请务必使用亲水性柔软剂, 不能使用含硅的柔软剂。
Hydrophilic softener is necessary for softer feel, silicon softener is prohibited.
