讲讲当今中国社会现象分析

昨天老军001所在的央企来了中央党校的王天义教授，给大家讲12个5年发展规划，并对当前的社会问题进行了解读，这里老军001专门对专家谈的社会现象问题给个总结，算作是学习的心得吧。

首先一点谈的物价通胀问题，这是发达国家在发展中曾遇到的问题，人均gdp5000多美元的国家，譬如巴西，阿根廷等都遇到过，但是这些国家在发展中没解决好，而那些解决的好的国家，都是经济军事独立性比较好的国家，但是这些国家也闹过一段时间的危机，中国能否全然度过，看中国政府的执政能力了，我们现在上调准备进，紧缩银根，都是未来避免通胀，限制资本在民间的流动性，同时优胜劣汰，随着一些中小企业的破产，我们再加大投资，搞产业升级，这都是国家的大的经济政策面，我们军迷要好好的认识。

再有一点谈生态环境问题，这个问题发达国家也遇到过，但是人家把低端耗能的产业推出去了，给了发展中国家，国内只搞高端产业，也就顺利完成了，从工业国向生态国工业的过度。中国不能完全照搬人家的思路，中国人口基数大，只能走高端和部分低端产业并举的路子，全面抛弃低端也不行，因为中国还要解决人口就业问题，用高端产业反补低端产业搞生态建设环保投资也是一个不错的路子，一句话资产重组兼并，这样低端产业也就有了资金来源来搞环保投资，这样国家也就完成了从工业国家到生态国家的转变。

最后谈谈食品安全问题，这个问题以前我们为了吃饱，先扩大生产，这样必然带来食品生产加工不正规等问题，也就带来了食品安全问题，中国下一步要做的就是加强食品安全的标准化建设，层层把关，把食品安全抓好。

解决了以上问题，还会有新来的发达国家曾经有的社会与发展的新问题的，我们一定要积攒实力克服前进路上的每一个问题，让中国顺利过渡到社会主义中级阶段。
