本作依旧保持了lady gaga人性关怀的风格，接过了麦姐和MJ的大旗，GAGA要关爱人，人性，与人格。首先MV的画面是GAGA作为Mother monster从子宫里面生出各种Little monster,其中不乏恶心的人，变态的人，邪恶的人，不过GAGA倡导的是人性平等。MV的画面依旧华丽，不过相比以前的MV，多了更多的内涵与意义，不再仅仅以外形的惊艳取胜，这也是很多GAGA迷失望的地方，纵观最近的几只MV，不管是布兰妮还是PINK，大多走这种说教路线，这也是以后MV的一种发展趋势吧。
其次，就是最后gaga的白手套，肯定是致敬MJ和麦姐啦。没得说，这首本身就是娜姐以前的风格，只是GAGA做了创新，致敬是肯定的。
虽然造型上不是特别的惊艳，不过凭故事和意境取胜，也是GAGA这张专辑的重要理念，我们来听听她怎么说：

Rick Genest通体纹身，把骷髅的形象用刺青的形式永远留在了体表。这种极端美学甚是可怖。Nicola Formichetti更是在自己所服务的品牌Thierry Mugler2011秋冬男装秀场上，让男模们仿照Rick的耸人造型，骷髅骨架文身遍布皮肤，黑色的眼窝深深下陷。
