油条

　　油条中的白矾是含铝的无机物，如天天吃油条，铝就很难从肾脏体内排出，体内铝过多，从而对大脑及神经细胞产生毒害，甚至引起老年性痴呆。

爆米花

　　爆米花中含铅量高达10毫克/500克左右，对人体，特别是对儿童的造血系统、神经和消化系统都有害。 

鱼干片

　　鱼片咀嚼时间过长后可浪费唾液，咽下的大量唾液可稀释胃液，降低消化能力。

腌菜
