Narrator(旁白):It is golden autumn and chrysanthemums are in their brightest colour.At the same time in the past, Little Tiesheng used to go to the North sea park with his mother to enjoy the chrysanthemums. He was so happy that he jumped and laughed.

Tiesheng:Mum!Come here quickly.Look!Mum,What kind of flowers are they?

Mum:My child, they are chrysanthemums. They are very brave! In autumn when other flowers fall down,only the chrysanthemums keep their beauty and fight against the cold, living strongly.

Tiesheng:Well,Mum,I want to behave like the chrysanthemums and be a strong man with great courage.

Mum:En,Well done,My son.You are my pride.

Narrator:But now,Everything passed.An accident removed both of his legs.(Mum comes).Since then,All the heavy load has fallen onto his mum.His mum works very hard day and night and never has a rest.While Tiesheng still sits in the wheelchair,trapped in the small house.He lost his happiness and often throws himself in great sorrow.So it becomes easier for him to lose his temper.

Tiesheng(break the cup) I am always sitting in the wheelchair and life is so boring and so unfair to me.I can’t do anything. (Action)

I am always asking others for help! It is meaningless to live !Iwant to die!(action)

Mum: My child(Action)

Mum(make up the desk):My son, it is said that the chrysanthemums have come out.Shall we go there to have a look? Iwill accompany you there ok?

Tiesheng:No.I won’t go anywhere. I am a disabled man.What can i do though i go there? Ican’t move. I can’t walk.Shall I beg other’s sympathy?I want to die ! It is meaningless!Iwant to die!

Mum:No.Child, Don’t say so.I know life is very hard for you.But you should keep on!

Tiesheng:Keep on? How can i keep on ?

Mum:You can! You can do it! We three should live bravely.I want to be your feet.I will go wherever you go!As long as you live firmly. Don’t give up!My poor child!

Tiesheng:No......No......Things lost will never come back! I want to die ? Go away!Go away!(Mum was pushed down onto the floor)

Sister:Brother! Mum! Mum......

Sister: Brother, you must cheer up! Though you lost both of your legs but you still have you both hands and clever brain ! We can’t live without you!

Tiesheng: What can i do ? If i died, you could live better! I can do nothing but add to more trouble!

Sister:You....you...brother.Have you ever thought that withou you, how mum will become?Our mum devotes all her life to us!You know she loves flowers. There were

all kinds of flowers here and there in ouy yard. I was so sweet! But now, All these flowers are dying because of you! Brother do you deserve our mum’s great effort? Do you know she is ill now? She always lies in the bed with great pain and it is so hard for her fall asleep. She moans with low voice in order not to let you konw her illness.

Tiesheng:Ah: Why didn’t you take her to the hospital?

Sister: She refused to go! For you and for our family, she wants to save more money she often says : i am fine!Now look! Is she really fine? Hehen

Mum: Child...

Mum: My son! Take it easy! Let us go to enjoy the beautiful chrysanthemums. Autumn is so pretty!

Tiesehng:........

Mum: My son, Will you go with me?

Tiesheng nodded

Mu: If you are willing to go, shall it be tomorrow?

Sister: Mum What’s wrong? Mum. Mum

Neighbours:Aunt .What’s wrong? Xiaoying hurry up!

Tiesheng:Mum.You must keep on!!Mum Do keep on!

Narrtor(Music)

He never thought that his mum would get so deadly illness! Observing her back,He also never imagine that is the forever farewell.

Neighbours:Tiesheng!Tiesheng!

Tiesheng: How is she? Is she still fine?

Neighbours: Aunt....

Tiesheng: How is she? Tell me! Quickly.

Neighbours:Your mum went away......

Tiesheng:What??No It cam’t be true! She just said to enjoy the chrysanthemums with me .

Neighbours:Tiesheng, It is true . Just now my aunt vomited a lot of blood.Before she could be sent to the hospital,she......

Tiesheng:No!Mum......

Neighbours:Tiesheng,What your mum worried most is you and your sister! Another autumn,Tiesheng as well as his sister comes to Beihai together. In the yard,all kinds of flowers are blooming.The yellow chrysanthemums are elegant. The white chrysanthemums are clean and noble.The purple chrysanthemums are enthusiastic. It is so romantic to stand in the autumn wind.

Tiesheng: Only if our mum were still alive! We can enjoy the chrysanthemums together.

Sister: Yes, She liked to come to Beihai to appreciate the flowers here. But......

Tiesheng: I am terriblysorry to you mum. Without me, she could have lived longer.

Sister: Don’t say so my brother. She would be proud of you if she knew so. She used to hope that we can be strong enough and live firmly.
